It’s easy to feel alone.
We’re constantly plugged in, yet we find ourselves feeling less connected than ever. We know a lot of people but are known by very few. We post snapshots of our “perfect” lives while walking alone in the struggles of our day-to-day lives.
Like the early church, our faith grows when we live life—the highs and lows—with others who desire to be closer to Jesus.
God did not create us to live in isolation.
At our very core, we crave relationships. God is leading us into community with one another—to walk together and share each other’s joys and burdens.
Being a church involves more than one hour of weekly worship. We are made to live life together by caring for one another, sharing our ups and downs, and seeking to grow into the likeness of Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Like the early church, we need to spend more than an hour on Sundays together. We need to have people with whom we can be honest and real—a small group of people meeting regularly to share life together.
At Covenant, not everyone can know everybody, but everybody can be known. We invite you to experience the transformational power of relationships in a COVgroup.
